What's different since 2025
Five e-wallet habits that prevent most problems
- Same name everywhere. Your e-wallet, your ID and your casino profile should match exactly.
- Cashier only. Start every deposit from the cashier inside your account. The payee should be a merchant, never a person.
- Fully verified wallet. Verified GCash and Maya accounts have higher limits and fewer holds.
- Receipts. Screenshot the confirmation and keep the reference number until the money shows up.
- OTP stays with you. No real support agent asks for your OTP or MPIN.
Deposit didn't arrive?
Give it the time the cashier states, then contact the site's support from inside your account with the reference number and screenshot. If the money left your wallet but the site denies receiving it, open a ticket with your e-wallet's help center too. Don't send the payment again "to fix it".
Use your e-wallet to enforce your budget
Keep gaming money in a separate wallet balance from bills and savings, and only move your session budget over. When that balance hits zero, the session is over. It's the simplest limit there is.
